MEDITATIVE SYMBIOSIS

 

OPERATING CYCLE

 

The operating cycle is carry out into the container and the computer.

The container holds a plant inside, Soleirolia Soleirolii, that recieve artificial light from a projector located at the top of the container.

The container has an electronic module that read photosyntesis reaction of the plant, by sensors of Carbon dioxide, Photosynthesis radiation and temperature/humidity. The crutial varaible is carbon dioxide v/s light intensity . Other sensors provide information for keep healthy the plant. In this sense, we can consider two different categories of data:

a) Principal data: Carbon dioxide v/s light (measured in quantums). With these data base I can generate the graphic pattern to project over the plant's surface.

b) Complementary data: This means temperature and humidity. With these data I can monitor the stability of the plant inside the container, so I have the information for vary the air and water supply, or room temperature.

The unique artificial variable is light. The other mentioned elements reproduce the ideal conditions for the plant's living, according to the official scientific information of the species.With these controled elements the project pretends to create a cycle of controled photosyntesis and digital image generation. The growth factor of the plant and the graphic patterns are mutually dependent.
